This is phase 1 of the Silver Birch Seniors Facility in Sherwood Park, Alberta, Canada. Phase 1 was a 18,180 sq ft 3 story wood frame structure with a pitched truss roof. A joint venture with Zytech Building Systems and Capital City Contracting, it was accomplished using their “Fastframe” pre-fab which resulted in a super speedy 12 day build, and a happy client.
The Rohit group contacted us with an extraordinary request: frame a 15-plex in an extremely short time frame to facilitate their 90 day build schedule. Given 9 days to complete it, we exceeded their expectations and had the structure up in under a week. Watch the time-lapse video above.
